I recently opened a solo exhibition at Princeton University's Bernstein Gallery. Curated by Lina Kavaliunas, "Complex Tokens" includes a new configuration of my series of reCAPTCHA drawings alongside works I produced this past year that merge ancient and contemporary forms of language technologies. The show will be up through June 7th, and a digital exhibition guide is available on request. On April 30th I will be in conversation with sidony o'neal for a joint research talk. Additional programming to be announced!
I am also showing work in "Carboniferous Love," curated by Clara von Turkovich at the Bard Hessel Museum of Art, on view April 6th through May 26th. The other exhibiting artists are Julian Charrière, Víctor Grippo, Nancy Holt and Robert Smithson, and Katie Paterson.
Now online with Feral File is the group exhibition "One to Zero," curated by Ryan Kuo and Viktor Timofeev, featuring work by the curators alongside works by Laura Brown, Dirk Paesmans, Adriana Ramić, Laurel Schwulst and Sydney Shen, Damon Zucconi, and me. I am showing reCAPTCHA.otf, a fully functional font I made for the exhibition.
